Local Signals

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By using getlocalsignals.com, requesting an audit, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.

Website and free tools

The site, audit request, and lost-revenue calculator are provided for general informational and business-planning purposes. Calculator outputs are estimates based on assumptions and information you enter. They are not a promise of revenue, ranking, lead volume, or business results, and should not be the sole basis for a business decision.

Services and results

Any paid Local Signals engagement is governed by the separate proposal, scope of work, and payment terms agreed with the client. We do not control Google, Google Maps, search engines, competitors, or other third-party platforms, so no specific ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue result is guaranteed unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and have the authority to submit it. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or deceptive requests, use the site unlawfully, or infringe another person's rights.

Third-party services

This site may link to or embed third-party services, including Cal.com. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Local Signals is not responsible for third-party services or their content, availability, or practices.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, branding, and tools are owned by or licensed to Local Signals and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Local Signals disclaims warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Local Signals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or free tools.

Changes and governing law

We may change or discontinue the site and update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
